Review loan files to determine completeness regarding appraisals’, assess credit, income and other factors to ensure file is correctly prepared for submission to the Underwriter.
Manage appraisal orders, follow-up and any revision requests. Greet clients in the lobby and over the phone.
Work with partners in real estate to assist buyers in finding financing options through the mortgage process from Priority Qualification to closing. A minimum of 2 years or more experience is required.
