  • Agreement of purchase price and terms
  • Loan Estimate (LE) issued same day and acknowledged electronically
  • Bank of England Exclusive Portal for Realtors and Title
3. Loan Processing
  • Gather any remaining documents and information
  • Appraisal and title work are ordered
4. Underwriting and Conditional Loan Approval
  • Any remaining required documentation gathered and submitted to underwriting
5. Clear to Close and Closing Processing
  • Clear to close issued
  • Closing scheduled and documents prepared
  • Closing Disclosure (CD) issued 4 days prior to closing and acknowledged electronically
6. Closing
  • Bring ID and funds to close
  • Sign closing documents

How to Apply

Requirements for Priority Qualifications
  • Proof of Income.
    • Paystub or retirement income statement
    • Most recent 2 years tax returns
    • Most recent 2 years W2s, 1099s, and/or Kls
  • If applicable: divorce decree, child support order, short sale documentation
  • Driver’s License(s)
  • Social Security Card(s)
  • 30 days of check stubs
  • Other items may apply per individual scenarios
